Construction projects can real...That's too bad. Construction projects can really ruin an otherwise beautiful view or area. Take for example the parliament building in Budapest: <a href="http://www.flat3.co.uk/europe/pages/981138.htm" rel="nofollow">http://www.flat3.co.uk/europe/pages/981138.htm</a><br>It's a gorgeous piece of architecture but because it was constructed with limestone, it constantly needs to be cleaned. I swear 90% of the time (when I still lived in Hungary) there was some sort of scaffolding covering at least half of the building.
