the 10th of may: mayday.
it came and it went, in a flurry of perfection.
i was in amsterdam, cat-sitting. i was OFF, which happens just one saturday a month. and there was but a random photogenic cloud in the sky.
so i walked miles. i missed as few opportunities as possible. i saw and i seized: to the best of my ability.
and then i entrusted my impressions to stephen, the other-muse, and he made it work. he's good at that.

ReplyDeleteI just happened to come across your site, and wanted to say your photos are lovely. I was compelled to visit your "May" link and noticed that your May Day photos were taken on the first day that I ever arrived in Europe -- Amsterdam, to be exact. I also did a lot of wandering and photographing that day...it would be interesting to know if our paths may have crossed. Your photos and accompanied stories really make me miss Amsterdam a lot. Thanks. :)
