every fool and every sage




there are tentative blue skies beyond these clouds, these tossing branches, this rain; but the only certainty, ever, it seems, is the randomness of curses and blessings.

    I find it fascinating how one blessing extra can be all it takes to make curses unimportant; and one blessing too few can be all it takes to turn trivialities into curses.
