a distant beckoning

norfolk was grey and cold, and suffolk was cold and grey, and i'm sure that some of my full-colour images will turn out perfectly monochrome, given the mist and the mood.
there, there on the imperceptible horizon: could that be the month of may?

  2. Lovely monochromity (er...) I'm pretty sure this picture wouldn't look so good in bright summery colours.

  3. Great feel to this. I love the two red objects balanced in that sea of gray.

  4. Wonderful. Really perfectly colorful, any more and it'd be something else entirely. Let somber have its way! :)

  7. I visit all the time - quietly, peeking around the corners. But today, I must speak. You simply overwhelm me. Your photographs are at once subtle and poignant, and your words - so precise! I love visiting!

  8. This shot is so striking Lynn. The monochromatic feel and the slight blur add a powerful feeling, sad but liberating at the same time, hard to explain, but I love it.
